Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 July 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Localpinned website, API, or any related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and API key, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include scraping, abuse, excessive automated requests, and any use that harms Localpinned or third parties.

4. API key usage

Your API key is personal to your account. Do not share, publish, or embed it in client-side code where it can be exposed. You may be held responsible for use and misuse of your API key.

5. Rate limits

Rate limits are enforced by plan. Free accounts are limited to 1,000 requests per month, Pro accounts to 10,000, and Enterprise accounts to 100,000. Exceeding your limit may result in throttling or suspension.

6. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or covered by our Refund Policy. You may cancel at any time; your API access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual property

All content, data, logos, and software provided through the Services remain the property of Localpinned or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the API in accordance with these terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these terms, non-payment, or activity that harms the Services. You may terminate your account by contacting us.

9. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Localpinned is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
