Refund Policy

1. Subscription refunds
Localpinned subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered at our discretion if a billing error or significant service outage occurred and was caused by us.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date.
3. Downgrades
Downgrading your plan will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a higher-tier plan.
4. Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error or are entitled to a refund, book a meeting with your account details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
5. Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
