Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Localpinned website or API for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, phishing, distributing malware, harassment, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

2. Scraping and data harvesting

Bulk scraping of listings or property data outside the API is not permitted. You may only access data through the documented API endpoints and within the limits of your plan.

3. Abuse and excessive load

Do not overload or attempt to degrade the API. Avoid excessive request rates, repeated failed authentication attempts, or any activity that could impair service for other users.

4. Security

You must keep your API key secure. Do not expose it in public repositories, client-side code, or shared environments. Report any suspected unauthorised use or security vulnerability to us immediately.

5. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of your account and API access, with or without notice. We may also pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
